Before our Cruise to Alaska on the Disney Wonder, we stayed two nights right across the street from the cruise terminal (Canada Place) at the Fairmont Waterfront . This hotel and it's staff are phenomenal! We stayed in a Fairmont Gold West Coast Suite which was nicely appointed and plenty spacious for our family. The hotel even has it's own rooftop garden and beehives! You can go on a tour of these (which we did) and even get a sample of the hotel's honey at the end of the tour. Now about the Fairmont Gold: They have food offerings throughout the day including a complete breakfast, afternoon snacks and evening offerings. The lounge is spacious with indoor and outdoor seating. The outdoor seating has beautiful views!! We enjoyed sitting outside watching the seaplanes take off and having a coffee.
